They are entered into between you and Make Your Way Consulting, a consulting practice operating from Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. Specific consulting engagements are governed by a separate written engagement letter; in case of conflict, the engagement letter prevails.

When we engage with you — as a client, a candidate, or a prospect — we hold what you share in confidence. Equally, we expect prospective clients to treat our proposals and frameworks as confidential and not to share them with our competitors.
