What this policy covers

This policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you visit our website, fill in the contact form, engage us for a consulting mandate, or apply for a role that we are managing on behalf of a client. It does not cover the privacy practices of third-party websites that we may link to.

Information we collect

• Information you give us — name, business email, phone number, company, role, and the contents of any message you send through the contact form or by email.
• Candidate information — CVs, professional histories, references, salary expectations and assessment responses you share with us as part of a search mandate.
• Client information — the names and contact details of people we work with at client organisations, plus any organisational data shared with us during an engagement.
• Technical information — standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, timestamps) collected when you visit our website. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and arrange conversations.
• To deliver consulting engagements we have been retained for.
• To assess candidates for a specific role on behalf of a client, with appropriate consent.
• To send transactional emails, such as confirmation of a form submission or follow-ups on an open engagement.
• To keep our website secure, troubleshoot technical issues and improve content.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only where it is necessary for an engagement — for example, sharing a shortlist of candidates with a client who has retained us for a search, or sharing assessment data with a third-party platform we use to administer a tool. All such third parties are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Lawful basis

Where applicable Indian or international law requires a lawful basis for processing personal data, we rely on: (a) your consent, where you have actively provided your details to us; (b) the performance of a contract, where we are delivering an engagement; and (c) our legitimate interest in operating a professional services business and keeping our records secure.

How long we keep information

Contact form submissions are retained for up to twenty-four months unless they relate to an active engagement or relationship. Candidate records are retained for the duration of a search and, with your consent, for future searches — typically up to thirty-six months. Engagement records are retained for as long as needed to fulfil professional, legal and tax obligations.

Your rights

• You can ask us what information we hold about you and request a copy.
• You can ask us to correct inaccurate information or update outdated details.
• You can ask us to delete information we hold about you, subject to retention obligations.
• You can withdraw consent at any time — for example, asking us to remove your CV from our candidate database.

Security

Information you share with us is stored in access-controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted channels. We restrict access on a need-to-know basis and review our practices regularly. No system is perfectly secure; please do not share highly sensitive information (such as identity documents) through the website contact form.

Cookies

Our website uses only the cookies strictly necessary to operate. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will use a privacy-respecting service and update this page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The most recent update will always be shown at the top of this page. Where changes are material, we will let active clients and candidates know directly.
